Requirements for the Mathematics Major

All mathematics majors at Marist take the following courses:

Calculus I, II, and III are offered every semester.  

*The Department offers Linear Algebra every fall and Introduction to Mathematical Reasoning every spring, but hopes to offer both of those courses every semester in the future, depending on student interest and enrollment.

The following four upper division courses are also required of all mathematics majors:

Mathematics majors must also complete three additional upper division courses from the list below. The courses you choose will depend on your interests and career goals.
