Rebecca L. Knauer, a northern New Jersey resident, is a senior English major with a concentration in writing. This summer she participated in an internship for Avalon Publishing in the city. Her jobs included reading and copyediting perspective manuscripts. This experience heightened her passion for the publishing field and finalized her plans to pursue an admission to graduate school at Pace University. She also works in the Marist College Digital Library scanning and formatting material for Merit. In her spare time she enjoys creative writing, attending Broadway plays, and spending time with friends and family.
